Master Package Examples
This is our highest level of video production. A full crew will be on site for a shoot of this size. The crew is authorized to be on the site of the shoot for up to 6 hours if half day Master Package, or up to 12 Hours for the Full Day Master Package. Anything more than this will need authorization from the project manager or the client. The crew for a Master Package shoot typically consists of the following positions:

Producer on site (typically the account manager)

Director/DP (typically the same person plays both roles, depending on the size of the shoot)

1 Camera Operator (typically switching from tripod to gimbal)
-
Audio (only hired on Master Package/Live-Stream shoots rolling sound)
-
P.A. (Only hired on shoots that involve a prop to be ordered by Company or Talent)
The Master Package can last either a full day or half day. Paperwork such as a call sheet, shot list, and script will be provided by the account manager.

Express Package Examples
Designed for event video production. This package comes with 2 camera operators, one of which will potentially fly a drone. The camera operators will typically swap between tripod and gimbal. The camera operators are authorized to be on the site of the shoot for up to 4 hours. Anything more than this will need authorization from the project manager or the client. The project manager will communicate with the client on their needs and relay this to the camera operator. The Express Package includes 1 lav microphone and 1 room light (a large light designed to simply increase the brightness in a room). The camera operators are responsible for managing these materials.

Starter Package Examples
Designed for low budget video production. This is extremely simple video production. There is only 1 camera operator on site. The camera operator will typically swap between tripod and gimbal. The camera operator is authorized to be on the site of the shoot for up to 2 hours. Anything more than this will need authorization from the project manager or the client. The project manager will communicate with the client on their needs and relay this to the camera operator. The Starter Package does not include audio recording or lighting. It is completely unscripted. This guarantees it will be low maintenance. The camera operator’s job is to go run and gun style to a Starter Package.
