Please Use The Following Traits When Talking to a Client To Increase Our Chances of A Recurring Client:
Please be very friendly with all clients. Use encouraging words such as "that sounds great" "this will look really cool" etc. Be genuinely excited for their project!
Guide them through our process. When asking them questions be sure to explain each section (pre pro, production, post pro) so they fully understand on the call.
Put yourself in their shoes and think of benefits that they will have to having this video. Tell them during the call.
